Return Policy

Note that all AirRanger® products are quality inspected and tested before shipping. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We do not accept used, opened, or customer damaged returns.  Please call us at (888) 946-4885 with any further questions.


Shipping Policy


All domestic original shipments from AirRanger® are made via UPS Ground. All orders placed on www.airranger.com (for products that are in-stock) are shipped within 1 business days of the time the order is placed. Most orders are shipped the same business day (if order is placed before 2pm pst). Upon shipment, the customer will be emailed a shipping confirmation which will include the shipments tracking number. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to monitor the shipment of the order and to be sure the "ship to" address provided, is accurate and able to receive the shipment safely. It is the responsibility of AirRanger® to tender the package properly to the shipping carrier, with the shipping address information provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of UPS to deliver the product to the exact address provided. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to receive the shipment from UPS. If the package is left at the customers door, the customer takes possession and responsibility for the product, once it is delivered.
